Construction Compliance SaaS

Built a construction tech SaaS platform designed to eliminate one of the biggest hidden causes of delays in large infrastructure projects missing or incomplete compliance documentation at closeout.

In projects like data centers, hospitals, substations, and industrial facilities, the physical work is often completed on time, but energization gets delayed because critical paperwork is scattered across emails, folders, and subcontractors. It was built to solve this “paperwork bottleneck” with a real-time, structured system for tracking compliance.

I developed a platform where subcontractors can upload test sheets, photos, and certificates as they work, without changing their existing workflow. The system automatically organizes and maps each document to its corresponding cable or asset, then continuously checks for missing or incomplete evidence.

General contractors get a live dashboard showing exactly what is complete, what is missing, and what is blocking energization. This turns closeout from a reactive firefight into a controlled, transparent process.

The platform also generates audit-ready evidence packages in seconds, helping teams release retainage faster and avoid costly delays at handover.

Built using Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and a real-time document validation and ingestion engine.
